Test Automation Engineer - Mobile

Design, development, and execution of mobile test automation solutions across Android and iOS applications. The role combines hands-on automation expertise with technical leadership, driving scalable frameworks, automation strategy, CI/CD integration, and team mentoring to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What you will do

• Execute test automation activities across multiple projects.

• Define automation strategy, roadmap, framework design, tool selection, and testing approach.

• Design, enhance, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks.

• Integrate automated testing with Azure Pipelines/CI/CD and ensure stable test execution.

• Review requirements, develop test scenarios/cases, identify automation opportunities, and drive test coverage.

• Mentor automation engineers, conduct code reviews, drive de-flaking, and promote automation best practices.

What you bring

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in software testing and test automation

• Strong experience in manual and automation testing of native, hybrid, and mobile web applications on Android and iOS.

• Hands-on expertise with Appium, Selenium WebDriver, PyTest, Cucumber, and/or Calabash.

• Strong programming and automation framework development skills in Python & Java.

• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile methodology, QA processes, test planning, and defect management.

• Experience with Azure Pipelines/CI/CD, version control, test environments, and automated test execution.

• Proven experience leading automation initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving quality improvements.
