- Understanding of working in ServiceNow and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud and hybrid services, infrastructure and security domains

- Developing scripts using selenium, cucumber, bash, PowerShell, Ansible, and groovy (Jenkins)
- Accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories

- Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
- Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
- Strong technical documentation skills

- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with other Cloud environments (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)
- Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
- Familiarity with reviewing and responding to system alerts from visualization applications such as Grafana
