TGT ( Trained Graduate Teacher)

Job Overview:

NIMT School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality education to secondary level students and ensuring their academic, social, and emotional development. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach various subjects to secondary level students in accordance with the school curriculum.

• Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs, interests, and abilities of all students.

• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to participate and learn.

• Develop and implement assessment strategies to monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents.

• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic, social, and emotional development.

• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and attendance and report to parents regularly.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support students’ learning and wellbeing.

• Participate in school events and activities, including parent-teacher conferences and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education and a related field.

• Master's Degree in the relevant subject (Optional)

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.

• Knowledge of secondary school curriculum and teaching methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching.
