- Create an environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development by planning and implementing developmentally appropriate experiences within a classroom setting.
- Conduct continuous developmental evaluations, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Effectively communicate and interact regularly with parents and staff to facilitate the learning and growth of each child.
