• บริหารและมอบหมายงานให้ทีมงานในกะ พร้อมติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
• ควบคุมมาตรฐานการบริการ คุณภาพสินค้า และความสะอาดภายในสาขา
• ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงรับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสม
• สนับสนุนการบริหารยอดขาย ต้นทุน และผลการดำเนินงานของสาขาให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
• สนับสนุน Store Manager ในการบริหารทีม พัฒนาพนักงาน และดำเนินงานตามนโยบายของบริษัท
