Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on security, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis.
• Solve intricate technical challenges with ambiguous requirements, developing innovative and effective solutions.
• Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours.
• Partner with various teams and stakeholders across departments to achieve shared goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success or a similar field in cyber security.
• Experience in managing internal or external customer-facing projects, and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  
• 5 years of cyber threat intelligence analysis experience.
• 5 years of experience in responding to security problems in aimed environments, security alerts, analysis and response.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud security delivered within the context of customer facing roles.
