  • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly benefits and compensation related processes
  • Support benefit and compensation audit work
  • Assist with associate benefit questions and solutions
  • Vendor management support
  • Wellness program support
  • Benefit and Compensation Communications support, including assistance with delivery of key benefits messages as well as ensuring timely delivery
  • Work with various HR/Benefits databases and systems to obtain data/reports, etc. as needed.

The Total Rewards Specialist works with Benefits and Compensation functions on day-to-day work, processes, audits, and associate inquires. Benefits work includes all health, welfare, leave, and retirement plans as well as any other company sponsored benefit programs and Compensation work includes job evaluations, annual performance cycle (merit/bonus/equity), the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and other compensation projects.  

  • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly benefits and compensation related processes 

  • Support benefit and compensation audit work

  • Assist with associate benefit questions and solutions

  • Vendor management support

  • Wellness program support

  • Benefit and Compensation Communications support, including assistance with delivery of key benefits messages as well as ensuring timely delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:
