  • Stakeholder communication: Communicate risks, recommendations, progress, and outcomes clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.

What You Have

  • Trade and customs compliance: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs processes, import/export controls, and compliance program requirements.

  • Analytical judgment: Ability to evaluate complex issues, identify root causes, assess risk, and recommend practical solutions.

  • Problem solving: Ability to resolve operational or compliance challenges and improve processes, controls, and ways of working.

  • Stakeholder management: Ability to build trusted relationships across business, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders.

  • Communication and training: Ability to explain regulatory requirements clearly, deliver effective training, and communicate recommendations across levels and functions.

Top Candidate Will Also Have

  • Demonstrated expertise in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or a related field.
