Brief

We are seeking a proactive candidate who should excel in managing distribution networks, supporting marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, and collaborating effectively across departments to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient delivery of products, maintain relationships with distributors and retailers, and monitor stock levels to coordinate with logistics.
• Marketing & Merchandising Support: Assist in developing and implementing trade marketing strategies, collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines for effective displays.
• Data Consolidation and Analysis: Collect and analyse sales data, prepare reports and dashboards, and evaluate marketing campaigns and merchandising efforts to provide actionable insights.
• Retail Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to enhance performance, conduct market research on competitor activities and trends, and assist in planning and executing sales initiatives and trade shows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless operations, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve business performance.

Requirements

• 3-4 Years of experience as a Trade marketing specialist.
• Experience in the Food Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Kannada language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
