What you'll do

  • Support the development, analysis, and preparation of Trade Architecture reporting and insights.
  • Develop complex analyses and recommendations related to Trade Architecture performance and profitability enhancement opportunities.
  • Provide visibility, transparency, and analytical rigor for Trade Architecture components and decision-making.
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, Brand, and Finance teams to support trade investment strategies and ongoing governance.
  • Support the annual customer performance assessment and trade rate-setting process, including updates to Trade Architecture models and customer-specific trade funding rates.
  • Execute mass-loading of customer trade rates by item and support in-year rate adjustments related to compliance variances.
  • Lead ongoing maintenance of trade rates and assist with resolving funding balance discrepancies.
  • Support the development, enhancement, and refresh of trade-related reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Monitor monthly and annual reporting requirements to ensure accuracy and consistency across trade funding processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, oversight, and business performance through data-driven recommendations.

Reporting to our Trade Strategy Manager, you will support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Customer Trade Funding Architecture (Trade Architecture), which aligns investment levels with retailer support of brand priorities, historical return on investment performance, and Conagra growth goals. You will develop analytical insights, support trade funding processes, and provide visibility and transparency into Trade Architecture performance while partnering with teams across Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, Brand, and Finance.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
