What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day administration of trading accounts and trade-related activities, ensuring client requests, account records, and trade information are processed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the administration and monitoring of MT5 trading infrastructure, including MT5 Groups, Gateways, liquidity provider connectivity, FIX API integrations, pricing feeds, trading instruments, and market configurations to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations.
- Monitor trading activity to identify unusual, suspicious, or prohibited trading behaviour, supporting internal investigations and ensuring compliance with company policies, client agreements, and regulatory standards.
- Perform daily reconciliations and operational reporting, helping to ensure the accuracy of trade records, account balances, and transaction data while highlighting discrepancies and operational risks.
- Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives by supporting system enhancements, testing new configurations, and assisting with the development of reporting and monitoring tools.
- Work closely with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support smooth trade processing, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and ongoing business operations.

- 0-2 years of experience in Trading Operations, FX/CFD brokerage, financial markets, fintech, or banking.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, order types, and trading platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable working within a rotating shift environment, including some nights/weekends as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) administration or support.
- Knowledge of MT5 Gateways, Group configurations, and liquidity provider connectivity.
- Understanding of FIX API connectivity and trade routing concepts.
- Exposure to trade monitoring, market surveillance, fraud detection, or risk management processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Trading Operations Executive to join our Trading Operations team, operating under our CMA Category 1 licensed activity. This is a pure A-Book brokerage. This role offers hands-on exposure to the operational, technical, and analytical functions that support a regulated multi-asset brokerage. You will work closely with Trading, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to support platform administration, liquidity connectivity, trade monitoring, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about financial markets and wants to develop expertise in trading operations, platform management, and market surveillance within a fast-growing FX/CFD environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Trading Operations & Client Support: Support the day-to-day administration of trading accounts and trade-related activities, ensuring client requests, account records, and trade information are processed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Platform Administration & Liquidity Operations: Support the administration and monitoring of MT5 trading infrastructure, including MT5 Groups, Gateways, liquidity provider connectivity, FIX API integrations, pricing feeds, trading instruments, and market configurations to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations.
