  • Own the full renewal cycle for first-year accounts, from early engagement through contract execution. and ultimately a successful renewal

Position Overview

Green Street seeks highly motivated candidates with relevant work experience, a passion for finance and commercial real estate, and superior academic credentials to join its Account Management team. This Account Manager role will focus on first-year Green Street Research clients, with primary responsibilities that include onboarding and training these accounts, renewing their subscriptions, servicing and educating the client base, and managing relationships with key stakeholders across a book of business. The ideal candidate will create, implement and follow strategies to drive product adoption, increase annual revenue within each account, and actively collect client feedback to grow overall relationships and improve the Green Street brand. Significant collaboration with the Account Management, Customer Success, and New Business teams is expected.

Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization

In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position.
