About this role

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Trainer to deliver structured learning programs on algoQA, our AI-augmented autonomous testing platform. You will be the primary interface for onboarding new users, running academy sessions, and ensuring every learner achieves productive capability with algoQA.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured algoQA training programs for new and existing users, both internally and at client sites
  • Design and update use-case-based training content, exercises, and assessments aligned with the algoQA academy curriculum
  • Conduct hands-on workshops at client sites, where users test in real time with team support
  • Onboard all new trainees with algoQA Academy from day one, Track trainee progress, identify knowledge gaps, and provide targeted follow-up support
  • Maintain and continuously improve training materials, demo environments, and sample applications
  • Collaborate with the Content and Product teams to keep training current with every product release
  • Gather and report trainee feedback to improve course effectiveness
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years in a customer-facing training, enablement, or instructional design role
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with software testing concepts (manual testing, test case design, automation fundamentals)
  • Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training programs
  • Ability to simplify complex product workflows into digestible learning experiences
  • Exposure to SaaS products or QA tools is a strong advantage
  • Training facilitation skills
  • Learning principles and instructional design fundamentals
  • Stakeholder management
  • Basic data analysis and reporting

  • Experience with testing tools
  • Background in creating video-based training content
  • Exposure to AI-powered software platforms
  • Experience creating e-learning modules and self-paced learning journeys
