  • Produce engaging product documentation and trainings using various media; deliver both remote and onsite training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain a deep expertise in the Netsmart product and partner integrations
  • Work in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the end user, to ensure client needs are met, and messaging is aligned and consistent
  • Support implementation and managed services teams to effectively train our newest customers
  • Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical and technical users
