What you'll do
- Provide administrative and logistical support for all training functions.
- Help prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and employee development files.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training schedules with department heads and employees.
- Support the Training Manager in identifying training needs and development gaps.
- Ensure training rooms and materials are properly prepared and organized.
- Assist in tracking compliance with mandatory training programs (safety, service, brand standards).
- Promote a positive learning culture aligned with FAENA standards.
- Ensure all training activities reflect luxury hospitality expectations and brand values.
- Assist in updating training content to reflect operational changes and service enhancements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
