Join JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) as a Role Readiness Vice President and help shape how teams learn, adapt, and perform across end-to-end loan operations. You’ll partner with subject matter experts to create engaging, role-specific training and knowledge resources that accelerate new-hire readiness and support change at scale.

 

As a Role Readiness Vice President in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will be part of a team responsible for the training and knowledge management needs of the organization. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is part of the JPMorgan Commercial & Investment Bank providing commercial lending support to multiple business units across the firm. The Operation provides loan documentation; closing and funding; payment and fee processing; syndicated loan processing; credit administration; collateral perfection and management; customer service and reporting; and construction management. You will partner with subject matter experts to design, develop, deliver and support role-specific learning programs focused on new hire skill enhancement and change readiness.  You will bring strong knowledge of loan operations and demonstrated experience developing content and engaging audiences on complex subject matters.
