Job Description Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Monarch Training Specialist role is to build an environment that stimulates learning and growth enabling learners, initial and recurring, to acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies. Training at Monarch will include but is not limited to New Employee Orientation, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Safety Care/Getting it Right within our designated service area (West, Central, East). Trainer certification opportunities are a part of this position.
