Transaction Analyst, Capital Markets at CSC

Join CSC’s Global Capital Markets team as a Transaction Analyst, managing a portfolio of Jersey companies and SPVs involved in financing and structured finance transactions. You'll oversee day-to-day administration, transaction implementation, corporate governance, board meetings, statutory filings, billing and compliance obligations. Working closely with clients, advisers and internal teams, you'll take ownership of deadlines, deliverables and service standards while building expertise in transaction management and Jersey’s regulated financial services environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services, corporate administration, legal services, banking or a related field, with strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
