Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to support a strategic transformation initiative for their banking client. This is a high-profile role requiring an accomplished delivery leader with extensive experience managing large-scale business transformation programmes within complex banking and financial services environments.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives, driving strategic outcomes, and managing senior stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful programme delivery in alignment with Barclays' transformation objectives.
Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 2 days per week required on-site)
Contract: 3–6 month rolling contract
Rate: attractive daily rate (Inside IR35)
