About the Role:

  • Assist in responding to RFPs related to transition and transformation services;
  • Assist in the preparation, design, develop, program management of transition and transformation protocols, processes and outcomes, and;
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans and programs which can be used to manage and benchmark Transition and Transformation activities down to individual task and activity level and to manage performance against these plans once approved / ratified for execution, and;
  • Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies;
  • Assist with the delivery of the transition and transformation activities;
  • Manage personal inputs, priorities and outputs as needed to meet deadlines and delivery dates per agreed schedule and program, and;
  • Constantly deliver high quality, accurate and value rich outputs according to expectation of the manager, and;
  • Consistently demonstrate teamwork and experience as a workplace and facilities management subject matter expert, and;
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external customers, clients, prospects, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders in a constantly professional and result orientated fashion, and;
  • Undertake other related duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be negotiated and assigned by the manager, and;
  • Continuously represent yourself and Cushman & Wakefield, both internally and externally, as a qualified, capable and experienced real estate, workplace and facilities management services provider.

About You:

  • Diploma/ NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination, transition management, or a related field.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support project delivery within timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
