As a Transition Tools & Reporting Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Advisory - Other network, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to deliver exceptional client support. Your work will involve continuous improvement and strategic management of delivery risk and performance.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities

- Managing the transition and execution of managed services to optimize client operations
- Leading delivery teams in implementing process improvements and automation solutions
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and performance management
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities
- Developing and refining tools and methodologies for continuous process improvement
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for service enhancements
- Collaborating with clients to streamline operations and reduce costs through strategic outsourcing
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
