Your Impact
Pearce Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Traveling HVAC Installer Technician to join our team installing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC units on cell phone towers. This is a fast-paced and challenging job that is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a travel position - 90% travel is required for up to three weeks at a time. Candidates should reside in the Groveland, Florida area.

Core Experience
- 1 or more years experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)

- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
Physical/Work Environment
At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Standards.
- Candidates should reside in the Groveland, Florida area.
- Travel to remote work sites as needed. 80% Travel Required. Three weeks of travel are required at a time. A per diem will be provided when traveling.

- Ability to operate a phone, computer, and/or tablet
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have the ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, both visually and audibly
- Must have the ability to be on call and travel for work when needed, especially during busy summer months
- May need to pass DOT physical
Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 hourly/DOE
