Your Impact

Pearce is seeking an Entry Level Traveling HVAC Technician - Preventative Maintenance to join our team for performing preventative maintenance (PM's) servicing on commercial HVAC package units on cell tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Abilene, Texas area.

Physical/Work Environment

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Standard

  • Candidates should reside in the Abilene, Texas area.
  • Limited travel within the state, only travel out of state if PMs are all completed.
  • Drive to remote work sites.
  • Must have the ability to inspect equipment, both visually and audibly.
  • May need to pass DOT physical.

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 hourly/DOE

Base Pay Range
$23—$27 USD
