- Excellent analytical skills, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
- Technical proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt, delivering across a variety of topics in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- AMIB 3/5 certification — required.

About the Role
You will play a crucial role in Nubank's balance sheet management. Your responsibilities will focus on optimizing risk-adjusted returns for the bank, involving daily assessment of the balance sheet, funding and liquidity needs, understanding trading positioning, and identifying potential levers to generate value for the company. Initially, you'll be tasked with the development and implementation of new products, and with supporting and automating traders' routines, but as you gain experience and develop, you will take on broader responsibilities across the desk.

What We're Looking For
