  • Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.
  • Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions
  • Performs high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions.
  • Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue.
  • Ensures compliance with the control framework. Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties.
  • Participation in basic change management activities upon request (e.g. executing basic operational regression user testing scripts).

Position Overview

As a Treasury/Funds Transfer Analyst (GOV) within PNC's Payments Operations Administration organization, you will be based remotely in either Texas, Colorado, or Arizona.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting and managing corporate reporting processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple applications and systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience identifying, researching, and resolving exceptions and processing issues while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST.

 

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $37,500.00 – $75,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
