Job Description Summary
The Treasury Integration Leader is accountable for leading treasury technology integrations with enterprise standard systems and applications, coordinating with Segment Digital Technology (DT) teams and external partners. The role is accountable for maintaining the stability of the treasury technology interfaces, proactively monitoring connections to ensure timely and accurate transfer of treasury data.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead treasury technology integrations across ERPs, banks, middleware, and enterprise systems
- Drive functional design decisions in treasury technology integrations, develop test scripts for new integrations
- Provide functional oversight of system integrated and user acceptance testing. Support go/no-go decisions with data driven insights.
- Monitor interface health and system stability, proactively identifying and resolving transmission or connectivity issues
- Liaise with banks to resolve issues related to electronic payments and bank reporting discrepancies
- Maintain governance over static data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a "single source of truth" across treasury systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with payment systems and bank reporting platforms.
- Understanding of treasury operations and cash management principles.
- Significant experience of financial services experience or treasury/payments experience.
- Domain specific knowledge of Accounts Payable Procedures and other relevant business ERP or enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Understanding of banking networks, payment systems, collections, disbursements, FX, pooling/concentration.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Characteristics
- Good data management skills with attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate meaningful insights from operational data and metrics.
- ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and Payment Factory experience (e.g., TRAX).
- Treasury Management System (TMS) experience (e.g., Quantum)
- LEAN experience.
- Strong influencing skills across business functions and with external partners.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving results across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Knowledge of Swift Payments and Messaging Systems such as SWIFT payments (MT101/ MT103/ PAIN001/PAIN002 preferred) and familiarity with SQL a plus.
