  • Manage and develop a Treasury Management Consulting team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate to high complexity and risk.
  • Accountable to build and implement sales and product strategies based on market and industry trends in coordination with peers and CB partners.

  • Assist in identifying growth goals, wallet and penetration objectives, sales and key performance indicators for responsible area and the sales teams.
  • Leverage AI, sales tools, and data analysis to forecast sales trends, identify potential opportunities, and market specific strategies.
  • Supports and drives consistency in setting performance expectations, measuring performance, and identifying training needs and resources for sales force.
  • Continuously works to strengthen risk and control infrastructure around sales procedures, policies, activities, and product placement; identifies and mitigates risk, contributes to improving controls, and participates in issues management when necessary.

About this role:

A Global Payments & Liquidity Sales Director will serve as accountable sales executive with direct alignment to a Commercial Banking division. This leader has responsibility to identify, acquire and grow client relationships leading to improved market share, deepening of CB clients and sustained, profitable growth.

This role will lead the implementation sales strategies to enhance business productivity, promote growth programs, improve client acquisition and deepening techniques, and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.  This individual will have responsibility for a multi-segment team requiring deep knowledge of the client base, product and sales strategies unique to the segment. 

Additionally, this role will help foster and reinforce a high performing sales culture for GPL and LOB Division; align resources, training, and support in coordination with Learning & Development, Product and Sales Enablement.


In this role, you will:
