Treasury Services Accounting Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a Treasury Services Accountant – LATAM to join our Treasury Services team and support financial operations across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for executing critical treasury activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, supporting cash management processes, and contributing to efficient and compliant treasury operations.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions in a regional and multicultural environment. The role also offers exposure to end-to-end treasury processes, including cash management, treasury accounting, liquidity planning, and financial reporting.

What You Will Do

    • Execute and oversee key treasury activities, including bank reconciliations, accounting entries, and general ledger maintenance.
    • Process payments and support cash flow and liquidity planning activities.
    • Support treasury accounting processes, month-end closing activities, and reporting requirements.
    • Assist with hedging-related activities and reporting to Corporate Treasury.
    • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal controls.
    • Perform quality reviews and support the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
    • Manage operational issues, escalations, and stakeholder communications effectively.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that drive operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Foreign Trade, and other GBS functions.
    • Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
    • Assist with foreign payments, foreign exchange-related processes, and regulatory reporting activities.

Who You Are

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Administrative Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Cash Management, Payments, Accounting, or related financial operations.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SIESA is an advantage.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, AI-based solutions, or other analytical and automation tools is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations is considered a plus.

Languages

  • English proficiency at B2 level is required.
