Company Description

As Treatment Supervisor, you play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional spa experiences that inspire balance, restoration, and well-being. Reporting to the Treatment Manager, you support the day-to-day treatment operations by leading, training, auditing, and supervising a team of skilled service providers, ensuring uncompromising standards of guest care, professionalism, and luxury. This role balances leadership and hands-on service, with the Treatment Supervisor performing treatments within their trained modality approximately two days per week, while dedicating the remaining time to supervisory and operational responsibilities, or as required.

What you will be doing:

  • Offer support and supervision for all spa departments as required.
  • Create a visual presence within department for all spa staff via regular facility walk-throughs.
  • Role model and ensure adherence to all safety procedures and practices for spa colleagues.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
