  • Track document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency
  • Conduct research and analysis for new content creation and document maintenance (technical writing and editing).
  • Provide customer support for document owners and key stakeholders.

Job Description:

General Dynamics Information Technology desires to hire a Knowledge Management Specialist Associate to support the Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) program in Louisiana. As a Knowledge Management Specialist Associate you will support the deployment, management, and extension of knowledge management programs within the organization. You will have the opportunity to hone and develop your technical writing skills by providing briefings, creating call flows, and utilizing process improvement techniques.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $20.77 - $28.11. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
