Job Description
FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Redwater Turnaround! Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects.
Location: Redwater, AB
Duration: August 30, 2026 - September 29, 2026
NOW HIRING: Forepersons | Pipefitters | Labourers | Rig Welders |
Details:
- Continuous schedule
- 8 hours regular + 3 hours overtime daily
- Day & Night Shifts Available
- Night Shift Premium
- LOA: $165/per day to non-locals
- Competitive pay depending on trade and experience.
- Journeyperson Pipefitters start at $44.50 per hour.
- Retention bonus upon project completion
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
- Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.
