- Participate in STEM 911 sessions.
- Work with peer tutors to develop and deliver appropriate strategies for the students who attend STEM 911.
- Provide individualized skill-development support to students.
- Complete accurate and up-to-date records for each STEM 911 session, as well as individual meetings with students.
- Respond to all LWC and student inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in LWC staff meetings and professional development when possible.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all student information, material, and discussions shared in the tutoring relationship.
- Develop a good understanding and knowledge of the Guilford College curriculum, academic calendar, campus services, supports, and resources, and make appropriate student referrals to college offices, departments, or professionals, when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Participate in STEM 911 sessions.
