- Review completed customs entries to ensure all brokerage services, duties, fees, and service charges are billed accurately.
- Manage exceptions from daily feed to USAC billing systems.
- Ensure customer invoices are in accordance with customer rates and customer specific billing requirements.

- Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, reduce revenue leakage, and streamline billing processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with implementation of new billing procedures or system enhancements.

About the Role
The Customs Brokerage Billing Agent is responsible for the timely and accurate billing of customs brokerage services while ensuring compliance with customer billing requirements, customs regulations, and company policies.
