1) Coordinating with the field service teams to identify training requirements/gaps and design training programs

2) Preparation of training materials,content and training notes

3) Plan training calendar and communicate the same to the relevant stakeholders

4) Ensure that trainings are conducted effectively

5) Administrative handling of training centre
