What you'll do

  • Decide what creators make. The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
  • Write briefs creators can follow. Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
  • Test the creative. Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
  • Get content finished. Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
  • Find out what converts. Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
  • Spread what wins. When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
  • Own launch content. Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
  • Tell product what to build. You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
  • Keep it fresh and safe. Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.

What they're looking for

  • A portfolio, not a résumé: social accounts you've grown. Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
  • Creator networks you've directed. How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
  • Content you made yourself. Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
  • Comment-to-DM and link funnels. You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
  • Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language. You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
  • Real use of AI creation tools. You've made things with them, not just read about them.
  • Creative testing. You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
  • Clear writing. A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
  • Great communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Any other languages are a plus.

Summarised by NextRaise from the employer’s description, which follows in full below.

Full description from employer

Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays.

You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.

How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.

Please note that this is a Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
