About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Technical Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth by managing enquiries, nurturing leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects. You'll support customers across our key markets, including local authorities, facilities management organisations and the leisure sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, providing a professional and responsive customer experience.

  • Qualifying leads and proactively following up opportunities to maximise sales potential.

  • Preparing accurate quotations and proposals to help secure new business.

  • Striving to reach and surpass individual and team monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Maintaining and updating CRM records, ensuring customer interactions and opportunities are accurately captured.

  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.

And much more—always with support, structure, and clear guidelines in place.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Love building relationships and helping customers — you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs and delivering a positive customer experience.

Are confident having commercial conversations — you naturally spot opportunities, influence decisions and enjoy turning enquiries into successful outcomes.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — you can manage multiple priorities, maintain momentum and stay organised when things get busy.

Take pride in your attention to detail — you produce accurate quotations, maintain high-quality records and ensure nothing gets missed.

Thrive as part of a collaborative team — you enjoy working closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting others to achieve success.

Preferrable:

- Experience in the playground industry

- Experience in a customer facing sales role.

- A basic technical understanding of how products operate
