Job Summary:
Supervises daily carpentry operations and contributes to project success through safe, efficient, and high-quality work execution. Coordinates crew activities, manages resources, and ensures that carpentry tasks are performed according to specifications and established standards. Promotes teamwork, safety, and accountability while supporting professional development and continuous improvement within the crew.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervises and develops a crew of carpenters, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
Coordinates daily work schedules, materials, and equipment to maintain workflow and meet project goals.
Reviews drawings and specifications to guide accurate and efficient carpentry installation and fabrication.
Conducts safety checks, enforces protocols, and ensures compliance with DPR and regulatory standards.
Monitors progress, inspects completed work, and addresses issues promptly to maintain quality and timelines.
Communicates project updates, challenges, and resource needs to leadership and other trades.
Tracks crew hours, material use, and progress for reporting and project documentation.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification required.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
