ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Unique Asset Administration Associate provides operational and administrative support for the Unique Asset Group. This role is responsible for processing transactions, maintaining systems and records, supporting asset onboarding and maintenance activities, and assisting with reporting and operational tasks associated with specialized assets. The role serves as a key operational partner to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution of asset-related activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years of operational, administrative, financial services, or related experience

Qualified candidates will possess an introductory degree of proficiency (typically from 3 years of work or practical experience), in:

  • Operational Processing: Ability to accurately execute transactions and administrative activities in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
  • Organization & Time Management: Effectively manages workload, prioritizes competing demands, and consistently meets deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains a high degree of accuracy when processing transactions, maintaining records, and reviewing supporting documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicates information to team members, business partners, and vendors while maintaining professionalism.
  • Systems Proficiency: Ability to learn and effectively utilize trust, accounting, and asset management systems to support operational activities.

Total Base Pay Range 48,100.00 - 96,200.00 USD Annual
