Urgent Requirement For Marketing Manager

No. Email ID: ) is looking for a creative and commercially aware Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and creator collaborations, and strengthen brand presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, managing influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns, negotiating commercials and deliverables, and tracking campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing and influencer campaign strategies.Identify and manage influencers and content creators across Instagram and YouTube.Handle end-to-end campaign planning and execution.Manage influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables and timelines.Coordinate with creative, content, social media and performance marketing teams.Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, conversions and ROI/ROAS.Conduct competitor and market trend research.Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and performance reports.Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.Experience in influencer/creator marketing and campaign management.Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and social media trends.Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Knowledge of UGC, paid/barter collaborations and influencer analytics is preferred.
