What you'll do
- Make pro-active outbound phone calls per day to generate new business, document and communicate all aspects of their inbound and outbound phone calls, and on occasion, schedule appointments with accounts for a field visit from a field sales manager.
- Answering inbound calls
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads,internet web sites, and other market intelligence sources.
- Keeping up to date on VAM Systems' solutions and services and also on possible competitors.
- Sending out regular mailers to potential customers
- Making a certain number of outbound calls every day
- Cold calling as well as telephonic follow up on existing opportunities
- Keep all the office documentation and files up to date
- Maintain attendance report
- Take care of the regular office mailing

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/ Inside Sales representative for our US operations. If you are a self-motivated and energetic multi-tasker who is looking to start a career with a growing company then this is the job for you!!!
Experience in years : 1 to 2 yrs.
