Job Title: Full-Time US CPA Faculty
Location: Bengaluru (Yeshwanthpur / Koramangala)
Mode: On-site (Classroom Teaching)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
Simandhar Education is seeking qualified and passionate US CPA professionals to join our academic team as Full-Time Faculty Members. The role involves delivering high-quality classroom training, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence in the US CPA program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven sessions for US CPA subjects:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting (FAR)
- Auditing & Attestation (AUD)
- Regulation (REG)
- Tax Compliance & Planning (TCP)
- Ensure effective coverage of the CPA curriculum using Becker learning resources.
- Conduct assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes.
- Mentor students on exam preparation strategies, study planning, and career guidance.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic support to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the academic team for scheduling, content planning, and program delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory qualification: US CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- Industry experience in Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Advisory, Financial Reporting, or related domains preferred.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and relocate if required.
