About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and concept-driven sessions for US CPA subjects:
• Financial Accounting & Reporting (FAR)
• Auditing & Attestation (AUD)
• Regulation (REG)
• Tax Compliance & Planning (TCP)
• Ensure effective coverage of the CPA curriculum using Becker learning resources.
• Conduct assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes.
• Mentor students on exam preparation strategies, study planning, and career guidance.
• Monitor student performance and provide academic support to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the academic team for scheduling, content planning, and program delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory qualification: US CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
• Industry experience in Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Advisory, Financial Reporting, or related domains preferred.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and relocate if required.
