  • Own research operations for projects, including screening and recruiting, scheduling, methodology, tooling, synthesis & analysis processes, and socializing insights.
  • Ensure holistic analysis of problems by leveraging multiple primary and secondary data sources.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate them effectively to non-research audiences including leadership, product, design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Advocate for research findings and the voice-of-the-customer in a variety of settings, across communication channels, and across stakeholders.
  • Assist in other research operations work such as research participant management, data management, defining and documenting processes, selecting research tools, and standardizing methods.
  • In addition to research responsibilities, you will also grow your professional research skills and expertise, work alongside experienced product and design professionals, and have opportunities to perform research in many capacities and methods.

  • A business-curious researcher who can apply data toward product decisions and revenue creation.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken), and a comfort level with sharing research results to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • Proven collaboration skills and comfort with building connections throughout an organization.
