We are looking for a UX Writer II to develop new experiences for our resume building products. This position closely partners with our team of Product Managers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers to identify new opportunities and optimize existing experiences on a large portfolio of job seeker product solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple concurrent, high-priority initiatives and thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

About this team

This position is part of BOLD's UX & Design department and will work directly with the Resume Builder product teams. This team works collaboratively to identify opportunities across top-of-funnel, core resume creation experiences, and our suite of premium tools, with an emphasis on solving unique user problems and growing our user base through A/B testing.

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.

Starting pay range
$70,000—$100,000 USD
