About you

You’re an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.

In this role, you will…

· Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.

· Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).

· Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.

What you’ll bring

· A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses.

· An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.

·  Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·  Strong communication skills.

·  Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.

Salary

Colliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience required for this role.
