  • Provide day to day platform administration and application support for .NET based enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot issues related to .NET applications, platform configuration, environment stability, access, and integrations
  • Perform routine platform administration tasks including configuration updates, user/role management, and scheduled maintenance
  • Support application maintenance cycles through patching, deployment coordination, release validation, and environment refreshes
  • Analyze incoming support tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver permanent corrective actions
  • Monitor platform dashboards, logs, performance indicators, scheduled jobs, and alerting tools to proactively identify issues
  • Support troubleshooting involving APIs, connectors, authentication flows, and backend service dependencies
  • Assist in small enhancement work by configuring platform capabilities or making minor code/configuration changes
  • Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex platform or environment issues
  • Maintain system stability by reviewing logs, tuning configurations, and identifying recurring operational risks
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Contribute to documentation including admin procedures, environment details, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge articles

Job Description

The .NET Platform Admin Intermediate Developer is responsible for supporting, administering, and enhancing .NET-based application environments to ensure stability, performance, and security. This role combines application development and platform administration, including system configuration, deployment automation, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and environment maintenance. 
 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day platform administration and application support for .NET based enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot issues related to .NET applications, platform configuration, environment stability, access, and integrations
  • Perform routine platform administration tasks including configuration updates, user/role management, and scheduled maintenance
  • Support application maintenance cycles through patching, deployment coordination, release validation, and environment refreshes
  • Analyze incoming support tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver permanent corrective actions
  • Monitor platform dashboards, logs, performance indicators, scheduled jobs, and alerting tools to proactively identify issues

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $44,951 - $105,456 CAD.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
