What you'll do
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM and VDC processes throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate and manage project models using industry-leading digital construction platforms.
- Facilitate model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support 3D coordination, constructability reviews, and model-based problem solving.
- Assist with 4D planning and scheduling workflows to enhance project execution and planning efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and owners to ensure models align with project requirements and standards.
- Maintain model quality and ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans and QA/QC requirements.
- Support model-to-field workflows, digital layout, and other construction technology initiatives.
- Prepare visualizations, reports, and project dashboards to communicate project status and key metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of emerging digital construction tools and best practices across projects.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM/VDC, with demonstrated leadership on large-scale construction projects.

- Understanding of construction processes, model-to-field workflows, and QA/QC standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
