About This Role

A Vehicle Technical Assistance Agent provides expert support to dealer automotive technicians by diagnosing complex technical issues and offering solutions related to vehicle performance and repairs. If you are skilled and /OR  certified in two or more of the following; engine, transmission / transaxle, axles, suspension / steering, brakes, electrical, HVAC or advanced diagnostics and would like an opportunity to put away the wrenches and work from home, this opportunity is for you.  This role combines in-depth automotive knowledge with exceptional customer service skills to ensure efficient problem resolution and high customer satisfaction to domestic automotive dealers.
