What you'll do
- Lead horizontal programs that scale safety vendor operations by identifying friction across systems and vendor relationships, then designing and rolling out standardized processes and playbooks that improve quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

As a Vendor Operations focused on automation, you will work horizontally across our safety vendor ecosystem to drive programs that standardize, automate, and scale the processes that keep our operations running. Rather than owning a single vendor relationship in isolation, you will operate across systems, tools, and vendor partners to build repeatable workflows, introduce automation and LLM-based tooling where it drives efficiency, and establish the reporting and communication rhythms that keep senior leadership informed. For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
