We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead one of our key regional venues in Naracoorte, at the heart of South Australia’s Limestone Coast.

This role is suited to a true hospitality operator — someone with strong financial acumen, a passion for the industry and a genuine desire to become part of the local community.

The Leader We’re Looking For

Head – Driver: Commercially switched on, understands the numbers and takes ownership of venue performance.

Heart – Leads from the front: Builds strong relationships with the team, guests and local community. Someone who wants to get involved, support locals and make the venue an important part of the town.

Hands – Doer, not a hoper: Hands-on, practical and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Previous regional experience would be highly regarded. We’re looking for someone who understands that running a successful regional pub is about much more than what happens inside the four walls.

What’s on Offer

• $95,000–$115,000 + Super, Performance bonus up to $44,000 p.a., (OTE up to $159,000 + Super)
• Relocation reimbursement available, up to $5,000
