Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Client Service Representative!

Position DetailsRole: Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)Status: Part-timeSalary: Competitive and based on experienceSchedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons with alternating extended Fridays and Saturdays

Schedule Details

  • Monday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Off
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Friday, regular week: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
  • Every other Friday: 7:45 AM–6:00 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off

  • Prepare records, forms, and client documents as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, stocked, and professional
  • Coordinate communication between the front desk and treatment areas
  • Support doctors and technicians with client communication as needed
  • Follow hospital safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
